核医学科实施人性化护理服务的体会

Experiment of humanized nursing in nuclear medicine department

目的探讨人性化护理在核医学科中的应用。方法选取2013年6～9月在核医学科行检查的患者160例，其中80例给予人性化护理，另外80例给予常规护理，评估实施人性化护理前后病人的满意度、情绪、依从性、心理感受的改善情况。结果实施人性化护理后，病人的满意度提高、依从性性增强、心理感受改善（P〈0.05）。结论在核医学科实施人性化护理，病人满意度、依从性和病人感受均明显提高，有助于提高护理质量。

Objective Discuss the application of humanized nursing in nuclear medicine department. Methods Select 160 pa- tients in nuclear medicine department during confirmed June-September 2013,80 cases with humanized nursing, and the other 80 cases with normal nursing,evaluating the improved conditions of patients, satisfaction, emotion, compliance and paychological feel ings after humanized nursing. Results After implementing the humanized nursing, patients, satisfaction, emotion, compliance and paychological feelings have improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The satisfaction,emotion,compliance and paychological feelings of pa tients and the quality of nusring, have improved markedly after implementing the humanized nursing in nuclear medicine department.
