摘要
目的调查广西壮族群体17种YSTR等位基因座的多态性,获得基础遗传多态性数据,探讨其在亲权鉴定等法医学应用。方法应用AmpFLSTR Y—filer PCR Amplification Kit对234名广西无关男性进行Y—STR分型检测;计算统计17种YSTR的等位基因分布频率和遗传距离,并与其他5个群体进行比较,绘制系统发生树。结果234名广西无关男性个体Y—STR单倍型多样性高,为0.9998;各基因座GD值分布在0.4216(DYS437)~0.9536(DYS385a/b)之间;除DYS39l、DYS437、DYS438外,其余基因座多样性均大于0.5;所有基因座累积GD值均为0.9999;广西壮族与越南京族遗传距离最近,为0.0142,与河南汉族遗传距离最远,为0.04978。结论17个Y—STR系统在广西壮族人群中具有较强的个体差异和非父排除能力,可以用于个体识别及父权鉴定。
Objective This studywasaimedto explore thefrequency distribution of 17 short tandem repeats (STR) in guangxi zhuang population and the forensic medicine application in the paternity testing. Methods 234 guangxi men with no relationship were detected with AmpFLSTR Y filer PCR Amplification Kit. the allele gene frequency distribution and genetic distance of 17 Y-STR were analyzed,compared with 5 other populations and generated the phylogenic trees. Results The haplotypes diversity of 17 Y-STR of 234 guangxi unrelated men was high with a value of 0. 999 8,the GD distribution value of each locus was rangedfrom 0. 421 6(DYS437) 0. 953 6(DYS385a/b) ,the value of the other locus diversity was higher than 0.5 except DYS391 ,DYS437 and DYS438,all the accumulation GD value of all locus were 0. 999 9, the genetic distance of guangxi zhuang pollution and Vietnam Kinh population was minimum with a value of 0. 014 2 and the maximum of genetic distance from guangxi zhuang population was the henan population with a value of 0. 0497 8. Conclusion 17 Y-STR systems in the guangxi population were highly personal dif ferent and no father exclusion,which can be used as individual distinguish and paternity determination.
