医院小儿痰培养中病原菌的菌群分布及药敏分析

摘要 目的分析小儿痰培养中病原茵的分布情况及其药敏情况,指导临床对抗茵药物的合理应用并监测细菌耐药性的发展。方法分析我院2013年1月至2014年12月儿科968例痰标本中分离并鉴定出的病原茵及药物敏感性试验的结果。结果分离出病原菌379株,阳性率39.15%,革兰氏阴性菌为281株,占74.14%,革兰氏阳性菌98株,占25.86%;药敏试验结果显示以多重耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希茵、鲍氏不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞茵、金黄色葡萄球菌最为常见。结论革兰氏阴性杆菌是小儿下呼吸道感染的主要病原茵,应警惕多重耐药病原茵的发展趋势。
