This paper through establish perfect teaching system, theory and practice combination and scientific research ability cultivation of physical division of standardized pre job training. Sumup that training method and the improvement of the training method, the comprehensive efficiency and the effect of the training work of the tumor physics teacher have been greatly improve. The shortcomings of the current situation and training sessions were recognized, combined with the actual situation, the pre job training of all aspects of adjustment and rectification, is the key to improving the radiation cancer physical teachers pre job training quality.
