摘要
目的探析消化内科规范化临床护理带教的应用价值。方法选取我院实习护士学生80例,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用规范化临床护理带教模式,对比两组护生考核评分。结果观察组专业理论考试和整体护理综合考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化临床护理带教能够有效提高实习护理学生的护理专业知识和实践能力,提高临床教学水平和质量。
Objective Value of digestive medicine standardized clinical nursing teaching.Methods Internship student nurses in our hospital, 80 cases were divided into two groups, the control group using conventional teaching mode, the observation group using standardized clinical nursing teaching mode, compared two groups of nursing students assessment score. ResultsThe overall care professional theory exam and a comprehensive assessment scores were higher （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The standardization of clinical nursing teaching can improve students＆#39; nursing practice nursing knowledge and practical ability to improve the level and quality of clinical teaching.
