临床免疫检验中免疫检验分析质量控制的重要性和措施剖析

Analysis of the Importance and Measures of Quality Control in Clinical Immunology Test

目的：研究分析临床免疫检验过程的分析质量控制方式，探讨其对临床诊断和治疗的重要性。方法根据我院2013年6月～2014年6月接收的202例患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组，均有101例，对照组患者使用常规免疫检验方式，观察组对免疫检验过程使用质量控制方式。结果观察组患者的AFP、Ca199、CEA以及Ca125等指标平均变异指数明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论临床免疫检验过程使用质量控制措施能够提升检验结果的准确性和可靠性，给临床诊断提供参考。

Objective To study the quality control method for the analysis of the clinical immunology test, and to discuss the importance of the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods According to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014, 202 patients received the study and analysis, these patients were divided into control group and observation group, 101 cases, the control group using conventional immunoassay method, the observation group of the use of quality control method for the immune test. Results The Ca199, CEA, AFP and Ca125 in the observation group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The use of quality control measures in the process of clinical immunology test can improve the accuracy and reliability of the test results, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.
