甲亢性肝病患者血清检验指标变化的临床意义研究与分析

Study and Analysis on the Clinical Significance of Changes of Serum Levels in Patients With Hyperthyroidism

目的：研究分析甲亢性肝病患者接受血清检验指标临床变化情况。方法根据2010年9月～2013年10月我院的164例甲亢性肝病患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成观察组和对照组，观察组共86例患者，对照组共78例患者，两组患者都接受了诊断，对其肝功能指标、甲状腺指标和临床表现来进行对比分析。结果患者的年龄和甲亢肝病的发病率聚义正相关性，患者的年龄越大，其发病率也越高，观察组患者的ALP、ALT、FT3、FT4指标和对照组比较存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05），两组的TBA结果没有统计学差异性（P＞0.05）。结论甲亢疾病往往都会伴随肝功能损伤病症存在，肝功能损伤程度和患者的一般性资料有较大的关联新，患者的年龄越大，发病率越高，且老年患者的症状隐蔽，不容易发现，所以对于危重兵器和老年患者的诊断应该更加谨慎，提升准确率。

Objective To study the clinical changes of serum test indexes in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods From September 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital 164 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism liver disease, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 86 patients in the observation group, 78 patients in the control group, two groups of patients were accepted for the diagnosis of liver function, thyroid index and clinical manifestations were compared and analyzed.Results After the study, we found, the onset age of patients with hyperthyroidism and liver disease rate Juyi positive correlation, the greater the age of the patients, and the incidence rate is higher, observation group of ALP, ALT, FT3, FT4 index and the control group compared with the presence of significant difference （P〈0.05）, two groups of TBA results had not statistically signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hyperthyroidism disease often accompanied with liver function damage, liver function damage degree and patient＆#39;s general information has a large correlation with new, the patient＇s age is bigger, the incidence is higher, and the symptoms of elderly patients is hidden, not easy to ifnd, so the diagnosis should be more cautious and improve the accuracy rate.
