肝脏^(18)F-FDG摄取影响因素分析

摘要 目的分析PET/CT检查中肝脏18F-FDG(氟脱氧葡萄糖)摄取的影响因素。方法分析73例18F-FDG PET/CT全身扫描患者肝脏的最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与年龄、身高、体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、血糖浓度、肝脏CT值、给药量(mCi/kg)之间的关系。结果肝脏的SUVmax与BMI和体重具有显著相关性,与年龄、身高、血糖浓度之间无显著相关性。结论 BMI和体重是影响肝脏SUVmax的重要因素,体重、BMI越大,肝脏的SUVmax也越大。 Objective Analysis of the factors affecting the uptake of 18F-FDG (PET/CT) in the liver of the liver.Methods The maximum standard uptake value (SUVmax) of the liver was analyzed in 73 patients with PET/CT18F-FDG, and the relationship between age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood glucose concentration, liver CT value and dosage (mCi/kg) was analyzed.Results There was a signiifcant correlation between SUVmax and BMI, and no signiifcant correlation with age, height and blood glucose concentration.Conclusion BMI and body weight were important factors to affect the liver SUVmax, the greater the weight, the greater the BMI, the greater the liver SUVmax.
