颅脑外伤后脑梗塞的诊断与治疗

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Craniocerebral Trauma After Brain Infarction

目的对于外伤后脑梗塞的发病机制及治疗方法进行临床分析。方法将我院治疗的48例外伤后脑梗塞患者的临床资料进行临床分析,从而对患者的发病特点、治疗方法以及治愈后的反应进行临床分析。结果 15例恢复良好,18例患者中度残疾,6例重度残疾,3例为植物人状态,6例死亡。结论治疗原发伤,维持患者血容量,应用脱水剂、激素、钙离子拮抗剂等药物,效果较好。

Objective For the pathogenesis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction clinical analysis.Methods The clinical data of 48 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital clinical analysis, and thus the patient＆#39;s disease characteristics, treatment and cure response after clinical analysis.Results According to GOS recovery criteria for this treatment results of 48 patients assessed, including 15 cases of patients with good recovery, moderate disability after treatment of 18 cases of patients after treatment, six cases of patients with severe disability, vegetative state patients survive three cases, therapy patient died six cases. ConclusionAccording to clinical analysis, the treatment process should be actively treated primary injury, maintain normal blood volume. Application of calcium antagonists in the prevention of cerebral infarction is good.
