口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Efficacy of Rehabilitation Combined With Orthodontic in Patients With Dentition Defect With Malocclusion

目的探究口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法将就诊于我院的错牙合伴牙列缺损患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规修复治疗,观察组接受口腔正畸结合修复治疗。结束12个月的随访期后,比较两组患者的治疗成功率及患者的满意度。结果观察组患者治疗有效率94.87%高于对照组的74.36%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗满意率97.44%高于对照组的79.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with restoration of dentition defect with malocclusion of patients.MethodsIn our hospital together with dentition defect of patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group received routine repair treatment, observation group received combined orthodontic restorative treatment. End of the follow-up period of 12 months after treatment success rates between the two groups of patients and patient satisfaction.Results Observation group were 94.87% higher than the treatment efifciency of 74.36%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, treatment satisfaction rate of 97.44% higher than the 79.49%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with restoration of dentition defect malocclusion patients with good clinical efifcacy.
