小切口阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的对比研究

Contrast Research Between Small Incision Appendectomy and Traditional Appendectomy

目的观察小切口阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术的临床效果。方法 26例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为观察组与对照两组各13例,观察组采用小切口切除阑尾,对照组采用传统的手术切口。观察比较两组患者的切口长度、手术时间、住院时间和切口感染情况。结果观察组患者的切口长度、住院时间和切口感染均小于对照组,以上指标两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的手术时间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小切口阑尾切除术切口美观、住院时间短,并且能降低切口感染率,不会延长手术时间。
