阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗弱视的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of the Efficacy of Atropine Combined With Short Covering in Treatment of Amblyopia

目的：分析阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗弱视的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年7月～2015年7月于本院收治的100例弱视患者资料，按照治疗所用方法分为两组，对照组48例行遮盖疗法，研究组52例在行阿托品联合短时遮盖疗法，对比两组患者视力变化。结果研究组视力恢复状况优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且研究组患者视力提高程度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗弱视效果显著，可提升患者视力。

Objective To analyze clinical results of short-covering and atropine in treatment of amblyopia.MethodsA retrospective analysis in July 2014 to July 2015, 100 cases of amblyopia patient data in our hospital, according to the treatment method used is divided into two groups, 48 routine occlusion therapy, the study group 52 cases of short line atropine occlusion therapy, compared to two groups of patients vision changes.Results Study group than the control group visual acuity status, differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the study group were significantly higher degree of visual acuity, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of Short covering combined with atropine in treatment of amblyopia is significant, can enhance visual acuity.
