甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Metronidazole Combined Clindamycin for the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的评估甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法对照组52例细菌性阴道炎患者单用甲硝唑治疗,观察组52例采取甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.15%)高于对照组(71.15%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率(3.85%)低于对照组(21.15%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌性阴道炎采取甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗效果显著。

Objective Evaluation of metronidazole combined clindamycin clinical effect for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods The control group of 52 patients with bacterial vaginosis use metronidazole, observation group 52 cases treated with metronidazole combined clindamycin, compare two groups of clinical curative effect and the relapse.Results Observation group total effective rate （96.15%） is signiifcantly higher than the control group （71.15%）, two groups of data difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate （3.85%） of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group （21.15%）, two groups of data difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bacterial sex vaginitis treated with metronidazole combined clindamycin effect is remarkable.
