埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑在胃溃疡治疗中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的研究分析胃溃疡患者使用埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑的临床治疗效果，为以后的临床治疗提供参考。方法根据2011年12月-2014年12月我院的180例胃溃疡患者来进行研究分析。我们将这些患者分成参照组和观察组，观察组共有90例患者，我们使用埃索美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素的三联疗法进行治疗，参照组使用奥美拉咬、阿莫西林、克拉霉素的三联疗法治疗，对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后，观察组有88例有效病例，2例无效病例，临床有效率是97．78％，参照组有74例有效病例，16例无效病例，临床有效率是82．22％。观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率为97．78％，对照组8889％，结果存在统计学差异性。结论胃溃疡临床用药治疗时，选择埃索美拉唑的效果要比奥美拉唑优秀，在幽门螺杆菌清除率上药高一些，因此治愈率高一些，短期效果突出，患者的复发率低，安全可靠。

Objective To study the gastric ulcer patients using the clinical therapeutic effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole, for future clinical treatment to provide reference. Methods According to our hospital from December 2011 to December 2014, 180 cases of gastric ulcer patients to conduct research and analysis. These patients were divided into reference group and observation group, the observation group, a total of 90 patients, we use of esomeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin triple therapy treatment, refer to group used omeprazole bite, amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy and clinical treatment of two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the observation group had 88 cases, 2 cases invalid, the clinical effective rate was 97.78%, the reference group had 74 cases, 16 cases were invalid, the clinical effective rate was 82.22%. In the two groups, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylofi was observed in the observation group, 97.78% in the control group, 88.89% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Gastric ulcer clinical drug treatment, the effect of esomeprazole to better than omeprazole. In Helicobacter pylori claarance rate of irrigation is higher, the cure rate is higher, short-term effect prominent, with low recurrence rate, safe and reliable.
