中医辨证治疗脂肪肝的临床研究

Clinical Research on Treating Fatty Liver With TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的：探讨分析脂肪肝临床使用中医治疗的效果。方法根据2008年6月～2012年6月我院的40例脂肪肝患者来进行研究分析。将这些患者分成治疗组和对照组，对照组患者在治疗过程接受饮食、心理和运动指导，治疗组患者除了采取对照组的治疗措施之外，增加中医辨证治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组使用了中医辩证治疗之后，患者的治愈率是90%，对照组治愈率是75%，两组结果存在统计学差异性。结论使用中医辨证治疗来治疗脂肪肝能够为脂肪肝的各类型转化提供诊断参考依据，而且这也是中医治疗的特色，对治疗过程的药物选择可以提供可靠的依据，让中医治疗该疾病的效果得到提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of fatty liver in clinical use.Methods From June 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital, 40 cases of fatty liver patients were to carry out research and analysis. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with diet, psychology and exercise guidance. The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The clinical effect of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the cure rate was 90% in the treatment group and the cure rate of the control group was 75%, and there were significant differences between the two groups. ConclusionThe use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to treat fatty liver can provide diagnostic reference for each type of fatty liver, and this is also the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment, the treatment process of drug selection can provide reliable basis, so that the effect of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease is raised.
