消化性溃疡中医辨证分型及治疗分析

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的：对消化性溃疡的中医辩证分型以及治疗方法、效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年10月经临床确诊并且在我院接受治疗的消化性溃疡患者72例，并随机分为参照组（35例）和治疗组（37例），观察常规西医治疗和中医辩证分型治疗的效果并比较。结果治疗组患者的治愈率为56.8%，治疗总有效率为94.6%，均高于参照组患者的28.6%和74.3%，组间差异经t检验，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论根据中医辩证分型来对消化性溃疡进行治疗具有显著效果。

Objective Make an analysis on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation treatment and its effect of peptic ulcer. Methods72 patients of peptic ulcer who are clinically diagnosed and treated in hospital from February 2014 to October 2015 and separate them into control group （35 patients） and study group （37 patients） at random, and then observe and compare western medicine treatment effect to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment effect between two groups.Results Patients’ cured rate and its treatment efifcacy in study group are 56.8% and 94.6% respectively, which are higher than counterparts of 28.6% and 74.3% in control group, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value according to T-Check （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment is effective for peptic ulcer.
