舒肝解郁胶囊对肝硬化患者伴发抑郁症状的影响

Impact of Shugan Jieyu Capsule on Patients With Liver Cirrhosis Associated With Depressive Symptoms

目的探讨肝硬化患者伴发抑郁症状应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗的疗效,以丰富临床治疗经验。方法选取我院收治的肝硬化患者伴发抑郁症状84例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组各42例,对照组给予口服黛力新治疗,观察组则使用舒肝解郁胶囊予以治疗。经治疗后,统计两组的临床疗效,并进行对比。结果观察组的总体有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生情况则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者伴发抑郁症状应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗效果显著,且不良反应较少,更加安全可靠。

Objec-tive To investigate applications efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule treatment in cirrhotic patients with depressive symptoms so as to enrich the clinical treatment experience. Methods We selected 84 cases with cirrhotic diseases with depressive symptoms received by our hospital .according to the order of the treatment, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group 42 cases. The control group received oral Deanxit treatment, the observation group used Shugan Jieyu capsule. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups was made statistics comparison. Results The overall efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions occurrence of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The applications efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule treatment in cirrhotic patients with depressive symptoms is obvious. And it has fewer adverse reactions, and it is more secure and reliable.
