莫西沙星联合花红片对急性盆腔炎的治疗效果观察

Observation of Moxifloxacin Combined With Huahong Tablets for the Treatment of Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的：观察莫西沙星联合花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月～2015年6月我院收治的96例急性盆腔炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予莫西沙星联合花红片治疗，对照组单独采用莫西沙星治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.9%，高于对照组的79.2%；观察组致病菌清除率为75.4%，高于对照组59.0%，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论莫西沙星联合花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的临床效果显著。

Objective Moxifloxacin Joint Huahong tablets treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease clinical results.MethodsFrom December 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital 96 cases of acute pelvic inlfammatory disease for the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group moxilfoxacin combined with Huahong tablets, the control group moxilfoxacin therapy alone, compared to clinical treatment groups of patients. Results The total effective rate was 97.9%, signiifcantly higher than the 79.2 percent; observation group bacteria clearance rate was 75.4%, higher than 59.0%, was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Moxilfoxacin combined Huahong tablets in the treatment of acute pelvic inlfammatory disease of signiifcant clinical effect.
