糖尿病治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因分析及其预防性措施研究

Causes of Hypoglycemia in Diabetes Treatment Process and Preventive Measures

目的：分析糖尿病治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因以及总结其预防性措施。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1～2015年1月内分泌科收治的500例糖尿病患者的临床病例资料，并分析其治疗过程中低血糖发生原因及总结预防性护理措施。结果发生低血糖的原因主要包括未按时就餐、运动过量、服用降糖药物不正确以及药量和进食量不匹配；护理干预后患者血糖水平优于护理前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病患者发生低血糖的原因进行分析，并采用针对性的干预护理措施可有效地改善患者血糖水平，减少低血糖的发生。

Objective Analysis of the treatment of diabetes, hypoglycemia process and a summary of their reasons for preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2013 to January 2015 which were admitted 500 cases of endocrinology diabetes clinical data was started, and analyze the reasons for its occurrence of hypoglycemia during treatment and preventive care measures are summarized.Results The main reasons include failure to hypoglycemia when meals, excessive exercise, taking hypoglycemic medication and dosage is incorrect and does not match food intake, blood glucose levels after nursing intervention significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hypoglycemia in diabetic patients to analyze the causes, and the use of targeted interventions nursing interventions can effectively improve blood sugar levels in patients and reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia.
