综合性护理在改善鼻内镜术后患者疼痛与满意度中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing in Improving the Pain and Satisfaction of Patients With Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨综合性护理在改善鼻内镜术后患者疼痛与满意度中的效果。方法将90例鼻内镜术后患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+综合性护理)。对比两组患者术后疼痛程度与护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理能改善鼻内镜术后患者疼痛程度,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the pain and satisfaction of patients with nasal endoscopy. Methods90 patients were randomly divided into control group （conventional nursing） and observation group （routine nursing care）. Postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe postoperative pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the degree of pain in patients with endoscopic surgery, improve nursing satisfaction.
