癫痫所致精神障碍的临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Epilepsy Induced Mental Disorders

目的：研究分析癫痫引起的精神障碍患者临床护理方式，对护理方法进行总结归纳。方法此次研究病例是2012年12月～2013年12月我院的14例癫痫性精神障碍患者，根据随机分组方式进行分组，对照组共7例使用常规护理，研究组7例使用人性化优质护理，对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果智能障碍、慢性分裂样障碍、易怒、烦躁焦虑以及人格改变等是患者的主要临床特征。通过相应护理，研究组的护理总有效率达100%，高于对照组的71.4%（5/7），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论癫痫性精神障碍患者的临床心理复杂，需要护理人员对患者进行密切的监察，及时的处理，优质护理能促进患者康复速度提升的护理方式，降低患者的精神残疾几率。

Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy, and to summarize the nursing methods.Methods14 patients with epilepsy in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into 7 groups, the control group was 7 cases, the research group was cases, the clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The main clinical characteristics of the patients were as the intelligent obstacle, the chronic split like disorder, irritable, irritability, anxiety and personality change. Through corresponding nursing, the total effective rate of the study group was 71.4%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group （5/7）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical psychological complexity of patients with epilepsy, the need to care for patients with close monitoring, and timely treatment, quality care promote the recovery of patients with high recovery rate, reduce the patient＆#39;s mental disability.
