摘要
目的探讨呼吸护理干预在哮喘患者治疗中的重要作用方法回顾性分析我院自2013年1月～2014年12月接诊治疗的120例哮喘患者的临床资料．随机分为实验组和对照组2组，每组60例患者，其中，对实验组的患者在传统常规护理的基础上，增加了呼吸护理的干预，对照组患者只进行常规的护理方法，通过对比观察两组患者疾病治疗的有效率i结果实验组患者在治疗的有效率，患者满意度等方面均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）．结论采用呼吸护理干预的方法可以有效提高患者的治疗效果并减轻了患者的压力。
Objective To explore the important role of respiratory nursing intervention in the treatment of asthma.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from January 2013 to December 2014 for treatment of 120 cases of patients with asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups：experimental group and control group, 60 patients in each group. Among them, of patients in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing care, increased respiratory nursing intervention, patients in the control group only routine nursing method, by comparing the observation two groups of patients with disease treatment efficiency. Results The patients in the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group in the treatment of the patients with effective, patient satisfaction, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of respiratory nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s treatment effect and reduce the patient＆#39;s pressure.
