高压氧治疗及护理措施对小儿脑瘫治疗效果的影响分析

Analysis Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment and Care Measures for Children With Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨高压氧治疗联合护理措施对小儿脑瘫患者的治疗效果。方法随机选取我院78例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组(n=39),给予对照组患儿综合治疗,治疗组患儿在综合治疗基础上联合高压氧治疗并加以优质的护理措施,对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为79.49%,治疗组总有效率为94.87%,治疗组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义。结论在小儿脑瘫的治疗中,采用高压氧治疗并加以完善的护理措施是取得良好疗效的必要保证。

Objective To investigate nursing hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined therapeutic effect for children with cerebral palsy patients. Methods 78 patients with cerebral palsy in our hospital as an object of study, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 39）, give comprehensive treatment of children in the control group, patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and be combined with the quality of care measures on the basis of comprehensive treatment, compared two groups of children with therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate was 79.49%, total effective rate was 94.87%, the effect of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher （P〈0.05）, a statistically signiifcant difference between groups.Conclusion In the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and to improve care measures are necessary to achieve good efifcacy guarantee.
