脑梗塞超早期静脉溶栓治疗的临床护理要点分析

Clinical Nursing Key Points Analysis of Super Early Intravenous Thrombolysis in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的：探究脑梗塞超早期静脉溶栓治疗的临床护理要点。方法选取我院2011年10月～2014年12月收治的脑梗塞患者80例，并行超早期静脉溶栓治疗。按照数字随机法分为对照组（常规护理）和干预组（综合护理），每组患者均40例，比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组患者的护理满意度与护理效果分别为95.0%与92.5%，高于对照组，比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对脑梗塞患者进行溶栓前、溶栓中、溶栓后的综合护理干预可以明显提高患者的临床护理效果，患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the super early intravenous thrombolysis treatment of cerebral infarction clinical nursing key points. Methods From October 2011 to December 2014, 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were treated, parallel early intravenous thrombolysis treatment. According to the digital random method is divided into the control group （usual care） and intervention group （integrated care）, 40 cases for each group of patients, and compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Nursing intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing effect were 95.0% and 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group, the more significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Before thrombolysis in patients with cerebral infarction, thrombolysis, after thrombolysis in clinical comprehensive nursing intervention can＆amp;nbsp;significantly improve the effect of clinical nursing of patients, patient satisfaction is high.
