摘要
目的：对老年冠心病介入治疗中优质护理服务干预的价值进行探讨。方法对2013年6月～2015年6月期间我院64例老年冠心病介入治疗患者进行研究，随机分为两组，对对照组进行常规护理，对研究组进行常规护理加优质护理服务干预，分析两组效果。结果研究组患者的并发症总发生率、护理总满意度与对照组患者差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论对接受介入治疗的老年冠心病患者实施优质护理服务的效果较好。
Objective For the treatment of senile coronary heart disease intervention in the value of high quality nursing care intervention were discussed.Methods In June 2013 to June 2015 in elderly patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy in 64 cases during the study, were randomly divided into two groups： the control group routine nursing care, to conventional nursing team with high quality nursing care intervention, effect analysis of two groups.Results The patients with complications of the total rate, the difference of nursing patients with total satisfaction and the control group signiifcantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The intervention therapy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） implementation of the high quality nursing service effect is better.
