护理干预对癫痫患者家庭支持水平及疾病不确定感的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Family Support Level and Uncertainty of Disease in Patients With Epilepsy

目的探讨分析护理干预对于癫痫病患者家庭支持水平以及疾病不确定感的影响。方法选取我院70例癫痫病患者,对这些患者及其家属进行不确定感以及领悟社会支持量中的家庭内支持等4个内容进行测试,总结分析这两个表的测试结果,然后采取多种护理干预方式,对患者及其家属进行健康教育、心理沟通等护理干预,对所选取的患者在入院后的第二天与出院后的5个月分别进行测试评定。结果护理干预之后,癫痫患者的家庭支持水平得分明显提高,疾病不确定感得分明显降低。结论护理干预对癫痫患者家庭支持水平具有促进提高作用,对于患者的疾病不确定感具有降低作用,是一种好的护理干预方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on family support level and uncertainty of disease in patients with epilepsy. Methods 70 patients with epilepsy in our hospital, the patients and their families were not determined and perceived social support, family support and other 4 content were tested, the test results were summarized and analyzed, and then take a variety of nursing intervention, the patients and their families to carry out health education, psychological communication and other nursing interventions, the selected patients in second days after admission and 5 months after discharge were assessed. Results After nursing intervention, the level of family support in patients with epilepsy improved signiifcantly, and the score of illness uncertainty was signiifcantly decreased.Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with epilepsy family support level has the promotion to improve the role, for patients with disease uncertainty has a lower role, is a very good nursing intervention method.
