摘要
目的：评价综合护理干预对痔疮患者术后排尿的影响。方法选择我院42例痔疮患者作为观察对象（2013年8月～2015年6月），将其随机分成两组，分别采用常规护理及综合护理干预，观察两组的护理效果。结果两组痔疮患者术后自行排尿率及首次排尿时间均存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预对痔疮患者手术后排尿具有一定积极影响，促进患者预后。
Objective Impact Assessment of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative voiding of hemorrhoids. Methods Our hospital 42 cases of patients with hemorrhoids as the observed object （August 2013 to June 2015） were randomly divided into two groups, namely the use of conventional care and comprehensive nursing intervention, nursing effect was observed in both groups.Results After two groups of patients with hemorrhoids urinate urination rate and ifrst time there were significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has some positive impact on urination after surgery in patients with hemorrhoids, promote patient prognosis.
