整体护理在外科护理中的应用效果观察

Effect of Holistic Nursing in Surgical Nursing

目的评估整体护理在外科护理中的应用效果。方法将80例外科患者按照分为2组,各40例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行整体护理。结果观察组护理总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(82.5%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(10%)低于对照组(25%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理应用于外科护理效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of holistic nursing in surgical nursingMethods 80 cases of surgical patients were divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group were treated with holistic nursing. Results The total effective rate （97.5%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （82.5%）, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications （10%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （25%）, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of holistic nursing care is remarkable.
