全子宫切除患者的手术室护理体会

Operative Nursing Experience on Patients With Total Hysterectomy

目的：对手术室护理应用于全子宫切除患者中的效果进行分析，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年1月～2015年9月期间在我院接受全子宫切除的患者63例，并随机分为参照组（30例）和观察组（33例），观察常规护理和加用手术室护理的效果并比较。结果观察组患者的焦虑状态评分低于参照组，护理满意度高于参照组，下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于参照组，t=7.52，5.11，7.94，6.34，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术室护理应用于全子宫切除患者中能够减轻机体应激反应，能够使患者的焦虑情绪有效缓解，对促进患者恢复以及提高护理满意度具有意义。

Objective Operative nursing effect on patients with total hysterectomy is to be studied and then summarize its nursing experience. Methods 63 patients who are operated with total hysterectomy in hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 and separate them into control group （30 patients） and study group （33 patients） at random, and then observe and compare conventional nursing effect and operative nursing effect between two groups.Results Assessment score of patients’ anxiety state in study group is much lower than that in control group; but patients’ satisfaction rate in study group is much higher than that in control group, and patients’ ambulation time and their hospitalization days in study group are less than counterparts in control group,t=7.52, 5.11, 7.94, 6.34, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Operative nursing is effective for patients with total hysterectomy, it is conducive to reducing patients’ physical stress-response and alleviating their anxiety, thus, such a nursing method is quite signiifcant to improve patients’ recovery and increase their satisfaction with treatment.
