浅析前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者的围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Anterior Tuberculosis Kitchen Clean Bone Graft Fusion and Internal Fixation Treatment Thoracolumbar Tuberculosis Patients

目的浅析前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者的围手术期护理体会。方法选取100例患者分为观察组和对照组(n=50),观察组采用围手术期护理,对照组采用一般护理,对比护理效果。结果护理后对比两组的护理效果,观察组优于对照组;两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对前路结核病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核患者采用围手术期护理的方法临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the road ahead for tuberculosis kitchen clean bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment thoracolumbar tuberculosis patients perioperative nursing experience.Methods 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group （n=50）, the observation group USES the perioperative nursing, control group adopts the general nursing, nursing effect. ResultsAfter nursing compared two groups, the nursing effect of observation group was better than control group. Compared the two groups was statistically difference （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe anterior tuberculosis kitchen clean bone graft fusion and internal ifxation treatment thoracolumbar tuberculosis patients using the methods of perioperative nursing clinical effect is remarkable.
