摘要
目的探究正常高值血压和轻度高血压患者进行生活方式干预后的效果。方法通过调查问卷的方式筛选出83位合格受试者,分为实验组(46名),对照组(37名)。对实验组进行生活方式干预,并随访1年。结果实验组的吸烟饮酒人数及高盐饮食人数明显下降,规律运动人数增多,受试者血压明显下降。结论通过生活方式干预,有助于正常高值血压及轻度高血压人群血压的降低及控制血压的发展,这一措施应该普遍推广。
Objective This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the lifestyle intervention to control the situation for people with prehypertension and mild hypertension.Methods Through access to questionnaires, we selected 83 suitable subjects who were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(46) and the control group(37).The experimental group was intervented as well as followed up for a year. While the control group to maintain the original lifestyle. All the data got is for statistical analysis.Results With the decline in amount of drinker、smoker and the high-salt diet eater, the blood pressure of subjects in experiment group profoundly decreased compared with the control group. Conclusion It is helpful to control or lower the blood pressure of prehypertension and mild hypertension through lifestyle intervention. Thus the lifestyle intervention should be pervasively spread.
