摘要
目的探讨在基础护理工作中运用护士分层级管理模式干预的效果。方法将2013年8月—2015年1月在该院任职的70名护理人员纳入研究,随机将护理人员等分成对照组与观察组,对照组35名根据常规标准进行职称管理,观察组35名实施分层级管理,研究两组的临床护理情况。结果观察组实施管理后的管理知识及技能掌握度、患者满意度相比对照组明显更高,各项护理质量评分明显更理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层护理工作中运用护士分层级管理,可加强护理人员对管理知识及技能的掌握,提高基层护理质量,适合加强推广。
Objective To study the effect of nurse grading management on the quality of basic nursing. Methods From August in2013 to January in 2015 in our hospital, 70 nurses were researched, and they were divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group). 35 nurses were given title management according to the conventional standard, and 35 nurses in the observation group were given grading management. The clinical nursing situation of the two groups was studied. Results The management knowledge, degree of skills mastering the patients' satisfaction and every nursing quality score of the observation group were all significantly higher than the control group after the implementation of the management(P〈0.05). Conclusion Carrying out the nurse grading management in basic nursing can enhance the nurse to master the management knowledge and skills, and to improve the quality of basic nursing, which is suitable to promote.
