风险管理在内科护理中应用探讨

Application of Risk Management in Medical Care

随着医疗事业与社会经济的逐步发展,群众对自身的健康愈来愈重视,对医院的医疗水平,包括医疗器械、治疗方法与护理措施等要求更高,内科护理为临床各科室护理基础,其包含循环系统、呼吸系统与神经系统等,虽然内科护理得以较快发展,但目前仍存在较多问题,故风险管理应用于内科护理中显得尤为重要。该研究针对内科护理工作中所存在的问题予以风险评估,并对风险预防与控制措施进行分析,以提高医院护理质量与满意度。

With the development of medical service and social economy, more and more people for their own health more attention,for the hospital medical level, including the medical apparatus and instruments, treatment and nursing measures such as more demanding,Department of internal medicine nursing for clinical departments of nursing foundation, which includes the circulatory system,respiratory system and nervous system,although the Department of internal medicine nursing to rapid development, but there still exist many problems, therefore, the application of risk management is particularly important in nursing in Department of internal medicine. In this paper, based on the existing problems in the Department of internal medicine nursing work of risk assessment, and the measures to control and risk prevention are analyzed, in order to improve the nursing quality and satisfaction in our hospital.
