摘要
该文就NICU护士压力源及缓解措施的研究进行了较为全面的总结。NICU护士因工作劳动强度高、心理压力大,比其他科室的护士面临更大的压力。NICU护士的压力源来自工作本身、社会支持和直接管理。医院应采取以人为本,营造和谐的工作氛围,建立同事支持系统,结合自身的适当体育运动,运用MBSR模式等、ROY模式等,积极有效的应对措施,减少护士所承受的职业性压力危害。
This paper made a comprehensive summary of the research of NICU nurses pressure sources and mitigation measures.Nurse NICU due to the work of high labor intensity, high psychological pressure, more pressure than other sections of the nurses.NICU nurses' pressure comes from the work itself, social support and direct management. The hospital should take various measures actively and effectively, reduce the harm of occupation of nurses under pressure.
