临床检验质量控制包括检验前、检验中、检验后等环节,其中检验前质量控制涉及多个部门及医、患、护、检验等多个环节,是检验体系的重要环节。目前因检验科相对独立,与临床科室沟通较少,导致检验前质量无法保证,需要从健康教育、加强管理与监督、增加培训等方面进一步完善,做好质量控制。
