摘要
目的探讨中医护理操作培训的方法 ,提高护士中医操作技能,提高中医护理水平。方法采用操作视频培训模式,培养护士中医操作技术,规范完善中医护理操作的标准化程度。结果中医护理操作培训达到可反复、可强化,提高护士规范化操作水平,提高护士培训效果。结论护理操作视频培训模式使护理操作项目能够持续受到关注,能够得到不断的提高和改进,提高培训的效果。
