为加强对医疗机构的科学规范管理,提高核心竞争力,需要对医疗机构进行整体考核评价。该研究讨论了目前国内外应用广泛、具有一定权威性的考核评价体系,为制定更加科学实用的绩效体系提供参考。

In order to strengthen the scientific and standard management of medical institutions, and also improve the core competence, an overall evaluation is needed for medical institutions. In this paper the author probes into an authoritative evaluation system, widely applied both at home and abroad, so as to provide a reference for the establishment of a more scientific and practical performance system.
