2014年青海省海东市平安县土源性线虫病监测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解青海省平安县巴藏沟乡人群土源性线虫病感染现状,为制订土源性线虫病防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法对监测点内3周岁以上的常住居民进行钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫及蛲虫检查;3~12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵。采集10户菜园、厕所周边、庭院、厨房四类地点的土样。建立EXCEL数据库,对资料进行统计处理。结果共调查1074人,土源性线虫总感染人数为11人,感染率为1.02%,感染虫种为蛔虫。检查12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染情况共163人,感染率为0.00%。共抽取10户40份土壤样本,其中有7份土样检出蛔虫卵,土壤样本蛔虫卵检出率为17.5%。结论本次调查仅发现蛔虫感染,感染率为1.02%,均为轻度感染。土壤样本中有7份检出人蛔虫卵,平安县土源性线虫病已处于较低流行水平。 Objective The study was conducted to realise the current status of human Soil-borne nematode infection in Bazanggou Town of Ping'an County,Qinghai Province, and provide a scientific basis for the policy making of the next control program.Methods Kato-Katz method on the monitoring points within three years old or more permanent residents of hookworm, oundworm,ipworm, and pinworm examination; Using the swab anal with cellophane to check the pinworm eggs of children within 3 ~12 years old. Collected 10 gardens, surrounding the toilet, courtyard, kitchen four locations soil samples. Establish an EXCEL database, do the statistical processing of the data. Results A total of 1074 persons were investigated, 11 persons had soil-borne nematode infection, with the infection rate 1.02%,the inspect species were roundworm.There were 163 children under 12 years old had investigated of pinworm,the rate of the infection was 0. 10 were a sample of a total of 40 copies of the soil, and the detection rate was17.5%. The survey only found the roundworm infections and the infection rate was 1.02%, all of them were mild infection. The Epidemic level of ping'an's soil-borne nematode infection is lower. Conclusion Soil monitoring shows that contamination of eggs present in the environment is a risk factors of soil-borne nematode infection in population.
