北京市陶然亭社区中心家庭医生式服务模式的实践探索 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析陶然亭社区卫生服务中心开展家庭医生式服务模式的实践情况。方法随机选取陶然亭社区卫生服务中心管辖的居民550人,其中男性244人(45.2%),女性291人(53.9%),缺失5人(0.9%),对其进行家庭医生式服务的问卷调查。结果居民对家庭医生式服务的认知:有440人(81.5%)对家庭医生式服务了解,有94人(17.4%)表示未听说过家庭医生式服务,缺失6人(1.1%)。当感到身体不舒服的时候有31.7%的人选择三甲医院就诊,6.7%的人选择区二甲医院就诊,38.3%的人选择去社区卫生服务中心就诊,22%的人选择区社区卫生服务站就诊。有330人和家庭医生进行签约,签约率是61.1%,有197人未和家庭医生进行签约,占比率是36.5%。认为社区卫生服务团队进行上门服务安全可靠的占86.3%,不可靠的占了9.6%。对社区医生不信任的只有1人,占0.2%。其他情况未签约有2人,占0.4%。结论大多数陶然亭社区居民对家庭医生式服务有一定的了解,但仍需要加大宣传力度。当居民身体不舒服的时候,越来越多的人选择就近去社区医院就诊。仍需要提高居民的签约率。占86.3%的居民认可社区卫生服务工作。通过家庭医生宣传、讲解,发放宣传材料,电视媒体的途径能使大部分人了解家庭医生式服务,80%以上的病人对家庭医生式服务满意。 Objective Analysis of community health service centers Tao Ran Ting practice of family physicians-service model.Methods Randomly selected residents of the community health service centers under the jurisdiction of the Pavilion of 550 people, of which 244 were males(45.2%), 291 women(53.9 percent), missing 5(0.9%), its family doctor-service questionnaire survey.Results Residents of cognitive style family doctor service: 440 people(81.5%) of the family doctor-service understand that there are 94(17.4%) said that family doctors have not heard of services, lack of 6(1.1%). When the body feels uncomfortable when31.7% of people choose the top three hospitals for treatment, 6.7% of people choose dimethyl district hospital, 38.3% of people choose to go to community health centers for treatment, 22% of people choose District Community Health Service Station treatment.There are 330 family physicians and signed the contract rate is 61.1 percent, and 197 family doctors have not signed. A per-centage of 36.5%. Believe the community health service teams accounted for 86.3 percent secure on-site service, unreliable accounts for 9.6%.Community doctors do not trust only one person, accounting for 0.2%. There are two other cases have not signed,accounting for 0.4%.Conclusion Most residents expressed Tao Ran Ting community-service family physicians have a certain understanding.When residents physically uncomfortable when more and more people choose to go to the nearest community hospital.Residents still need to improve the contract rate.Propaganda by the family doctor, explain, distributing promotional materials, most of the history of television media way people can understand the family doctor services, more than 80% of patients on the family doctor-service satisfaction.
