摘要
目的研究探讨流程图管理在CT增强检查中的应用价值。方法以64名医师、护士、技师等作为研究对象,观察比较实施CT增强检查流程图管理前后不良反应的发生率、发生程度。结果实施CT增强检查流程图管理前后不良反应的发生率分别为92.0%和80.0%,轻度不良反应发生率分别为0.33%和0.38%,平均抢救时间为(3.9±0.2)min和(6.1±0.6)min,实施后显著优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施流程图管理有利于降低CT增强检查中的不良反应发生率和发生程度,缩短抢救时间,提高急救水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study to investigate the value of flow management in CT enhancement.Methods In 64 as the research object, such as physicians, nurses, technicians were observed before and after comparing the flow chart of CT enhancement management the incidence of adverse reactions, the occurrence degree.Results The flow chart of CT enhancement management before and after the incidence of adverse reactions were 92.0% and 80.0% respectively, mild adverse reaction rates were 0.33% and0.38% respectively, the average rescue time was（3.9±0.2） min and（6.1±0.6） min, after implementation significantly better than that of before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The flow chart of management is helpful to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the CT enhancement and occurrence degree, shorten the rescue time, improve the level of first aid, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
