摘要
足球,作为世界第一大运动,在竞技体育诸多项目中占据着特殊的地位,在世界范围内具有巨大的社会影响。现代足球运动发展迅速,对抗性强,争夺激烈,运动员在比赛中所承受的心理压力越来越大,心理压力反应呈现多样化,而运动员心理承受能力直接关乎比赛结果的走向,很多教练员在日常训练中强化对球员心理承受能力的训练,而对心理承受能力训练是循序渐进的培养过程,故在中学阶段加强应激的训练对运动员的成长非常关键。该文通过对足球运动中心理应激的起因、反应和心理技能训练方法进行探讨。
Soccer,as the most popular sport in the word,plays s fairly important role in sports eompetition,and could exert profound influences on society.The modern soccer movement development is rapid,strong antagonism,fierce on the match.Soccer player on the psychological pressure is bigger in the match.And with the increase of psychological pressure,the psychological problem appearing presents the trend of accelerating growth.The psychological ability of soccer player will directly affect the result of match.Many coaches were strengthening player psychology to bear ability training in daily training.However,the cultivation of psychological ability training is a gradual process.So there is very vital to strength psychological ability training for the growth of the soccer player in the high school.This study was discussed which through to the causes of psychological stress in soccer,reaction and mental skills training methods.
