摘要
选用7种羰基铁粉通过机械球磨法制备磁流变液,利用四球摩擦实验机测试不同荷载和转速条件下磁流变液的摩擦系数,观察并计算磨斑直径,用电子显微镜(SEM)观察磨斑形貌,分析羰基铁粉表面类型、包覆和粒径对磁流变液摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,磷化型羰基铁粉制备的磁流变液摩擦磨损性能优于还原型,羰基型最差;纳米Si O2包覆羰基铁粉能够有效降低磁流变液的摩擦磨损;低荷载条件下,磁流变液摩擦磨损性能受羰基铁粉粒径影响较大,在一定范围内减小粒径能够改善润滑性能,而随着荷载升高,这种影响逐渐减小。
Seven types of carbonyl irons are used to prepare magnetorheological fluids by ball milling. The tribological properties are tested by four-ball machine under different load and velocity factors. Then the wear scars are observed by microscope and SEM to analyse the effects on the tribological properties by surface types,Si O2 coating and particle sizes comprehensively. Results indicate that MRF based with SQ-I carbonyl irons has a better tribological property than CN,OP has the worst tribological property. Si O2 coating can ameliorate tribological properties. During the low load factors,particle size has an more obvious influence on the tribological properties than high load factors and smaller particle can ameliorate tribological property.
