摘要
龙滩煤矿主平硐在掘进过程中揭露了含有高压水和高浓度H_2S气体的岩溶破碎带,严重影响掘进施工进度和威胁作业人员的安全。针对岩溶破碎区的固—液—气三相流特征,提出了由带压钻井、破碎区安全支护、高压水可控排放和H_2S气体防治组成的综合防治技术,并在现场实施,成功通过了岩溶破碎区,不仅保证了主平硐的安全掘进,还产生了明显的经济效益。
The fractured karst zone containing high-pressure water and high-concentrated H2 S was exposed in the drivage process of the main adit in Longtan Coal Mine, which seriously affected the construction progress and threatened the safety of the mine workers. To aim at the characteristics of solid-liquid-gas phase flow, a comprehensive control technology consisted of pressurized drilling, safe support of the fractured zone, controllable drainage of high-pressure water and the prevention and control of H2 S was proposed and applied at the site, the structured karst zone was successfully passed through, which not only ensured the safe drivage of the main adit, but also produced significant economic benefit.
