通风网络解算中自然风压处理 被引量:8

Treatment of Natural Ventilation Pressure in Mine Ventilation Network Flow Calculation

摘要 在通风网络中,通风机风压对应于一个巷道分支,自然风压对应一个闭合回路,因此二者在通风网络解算处理上差别较大。目前的通风网络解算软件要么没有考虑自然风压,要么在通风网络计算处理上有误。针对此,在导出通风网络解算公式一般形式的基础上,给出了自然风压向量的定义和求解通风网络的基本回路自然风压定理,解决了在通风网络解算中自然风压的处理问题。最后,根据相关的通风网络解算软件在煤矿中的实施经验,给出了应用基本回路自然风压定理的两个方法:估算法和参数监测法。 In ventilation network, the ventilation pressure by a fan corresponds to a roadway branch, and the natural ventilation pressure corresponds to a closed loop circuit, so there is a larger difference between them in the treatment of the ventilation network calculation. Either the software currently used for ventilation network calculation does not consider the natural air pressure, or error exists in the treatment of the ventilation network calculation. To aim at this problem, the definition of the natural ventilation pressure vector and the natural ventilation pressure theorem of the basic circuits for ventilation network calculation were given in this paper by deriving the general form of the ventilation network calculation formula, and the calculating problem of the natural ventilation pressure in the treatment of the ventilation network calculation was solved. Finally, two application methods for the natural ventilation pressure theorem of the basic circuits were given according to the application experiences of the relevant ventilation network calculation software in coal mines, namely the estimation method and the parameter monitoring method.
