不同血型新生儿ABO溶血症血清学检查特征性分析

The Serological Characteristic Analysis on Different Blood-type of the Newborn of ABO Hemolytic Disease

探讨两种不同血型新生儿ABO溶血症的血清学变化特征.回顾性分析2014年1月～2015年5月新生儿科收治的174例高胆红素血症患儿两种不同血型,即O-A和O-B血型ABO溶血症的发生率、胆红素水平、抗体释放试验、Coomb-s试验、游离抗体检测结果.发现两种不同血型ABO溶血症发生率、血清胆红素水平、游离抗体检测差异均无统计学意义;两组黄疸出现时间差异有统计学意义;血清学检查均以抗体释放试验阳性为主,Coomb-s试验多为阴性.

To investigate the serological variation on two different blood type of ABO hemolytic disease in newborn,from January 201 4 to March 201 5 in the Newborn Department of Kunming Maternal Hospital,about 1 74 newborn cases of high bilirubinemia disease be-tween two different blood types,O-A and O-B,a retrospective analysis was done on ABO hemolytic disease morbility,bilirubine level, RBC antibody release test,Coomb's test,free antibody test.The result showed that there was no significant difference in the incidence of ABO hemolytic disease between O-A and O-B,bilirubin levels and free antibody test.The time difference of jaundice onset was signifi-cant in statistics in the two groups.The positive ratio of antibody release test is major result in serological tests.Coomb's test were nega-tive.
