工程教育改革的本土立场:从国际工程教育改革中的产业需求入手

摘要 当代国际工程教育改革的主要趋势是强化工程人才的能力教育,它适应了新环境下产业,特别是跨国公司对工程教育的新需求。工程教育的发展,既是追求先进性的过程,又是在限定的条件下对有限资源优化配置的过程。因此,中国工程教育的改革需要以中国的立场审视和应对国际工程教育改革及其背后的产业因素,正确处理产业与教育的关系,协调人才培养效果与教育成本负担的矛盾,并制定符合中国国情的人才培养方案。 The main trend of contemporary international engineering education reform is improving the competences of engineers,which is the result of the new demand in the new circumstances from industries especially the multinationalcorporations. The development of engineering education is a process of both seeking excellence and optimizing resourceallocation under restricted conditions. The reform of China's engineering education,therefore,should stand in China'sposition in observing and reacting to the reform of international engineering education and the industrial elements behindit,properly deal with the relationship between industry and education,reconcile the conflict between talent training efficiency and education cost,and make personnel training programs that are suited to China's conditions.
