摘要
通过对我国现行社会体育指导员培养模式分析指出:当前,我国社会体育指导员培养存在结构性的数量失衡,公益性社会体育指导员仍存在很大缺口;我国社会体育指导员培养方式单一,培养目标缺乏特色,体育指导员整体素质较低,培养质量满足不了社会多元化的体育需求。拟提出在体育系统主导培养模式的基础上,引入虚拟网络培养模式、校-体-社区模式、校-体-企合作模式以及协会与各种民间公益组织联合培养模式等多元化人才培养模式的设想。
By analyzing of the cultural model of social sport instructor,it points that the training method in our society is too single, the training objection are lack of characterlstic,the training content and methods are in sufficient,and the multiple profitable gymnasium and social sport instructor are scarce,the structure of cultivating groups loses balance and the whole qualities are poor. It recommends to bring in the coordinative cultivation by various folk public welfare organization,college-sports system-community, college-svorts system-entervrise,college-and association and multi-level talent-training based on virtual internet.
