摘要
对在读体育专业143名(男100人、女43人)本科学生进行了人体成分的监测,对其体重,体脂肪量,肌肉含量等14项指标测试,并进行了统计与分析。结果表明整体学生的身体成分并不十分合理,建议对其制定科学合理的运动训练内容和训练方法。增强学生的各种体能素质训练,调整与运动训练相适应的营养饮食,改善学生目前的体质状况。脂肪似乎是个刺激眼球的字眼,对于体育专业的学生而言,也不例外。但是我们不得不清楚地认识到,人体的健康需要合理的不同体成分,也包括一定量的脂肪。不同人群脂肪的含量也不完全相同。我们追求健康、合理的体成分。不盲目追求只减体重等不良方式,而是真正做到科学塑身,训练.
In reading professional sports 143(male 100,female 43) undergraduate students were monitored on the body composition,body weight,body fat,muscle content 14 indicators test,and the statistics and analysis.The results show that the whoul body composition of students is not very reasonable,recommended the development of sports training contents and training methods of the scientific and reasonable.To enhance physical fitness training for students,diet adjustment andexereise training to improve the physical condition of the students.Fat seems to be a stimulation of the eyeball,sports professional students,is no exception.But we have to clearly recognize that the health of human body need reasonable with different body composition,including a certain amount of fat.The content of fat in different populations is not entirely the same.We pursue health,reasonable body composition.Don't blindly pursuing adverse ways such as weight,but truly scientific fitness,training.
