激励法在高校田径教学中的运用

田径教学是高校体育教学的重要组成部分,也是一切体育运动项目的基础。在田径教学中运用激励教学法,对激发学生的学习积极性,提升学生的田径技能都具有一定作用。该文对田径教学中激励法的运用进行了探讨,旨在进一步提高高校田径教学的教学质量。本文首先对激励法的基本理论进行了概述,然后探讨了激励法在高校田径教学中的具体应用方法。通过对该课题的研究,可以充分阐释激励法的应用效果。但在运用过程中必须注重对学生、环境等因素的把握。

The track and field teaching is an important part of college physical education teaching,is the foundation of all sports.The use of incentive teaching method in track and field teaching,to stimulate students＇ learning enthusiasm,have a certain role to improve students＇ athletic skills.This paper discusses the application of incentive method in track and field teaching,to further improve the teaching quality of college track and field teaching.Firstly,the basic theory of the incentive method are summarized,and then discusses the incentive method specific application method in track and field teaching in Colleges and universities.Through the study of this topic can fully explain the application effect of excitation method.But in the application process must pay attention to the students,the environment and other factors to grasp.
