非田径专业男生100m短跑步频与步幅关系的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 为给非田径专业男子100m训练提供理论支撑,运用实验法、比较分析法等,对三名身高在168~173cm之间的非田径专业男生100m短跑步频与步幅关系进行实证研究,结果表明:自然状态下的步幅步频跑成绩最不理想,下意识的加大步幅跑或加大步频跑可以提高成绩,但成绩提高不明显;有意加大步幅和步频跑可明显提高成绩。基此提出在非田径专业的人群教学训练中教师应注意同时发展步频与步幅,保持步频与步幅的合理搭配,同时应注重体能和身体素质的训练。 In order to provide theoretical support for nonprofessional men's track and fieldlOO meters training,using experimental principle,comparative analysis principle and so on,this thesis makes empiricalstudy on the stride frequency and stride of 100 meter of three non track and field boys whose heights are between 168cm-173 cm.The results show that:under the natural state,the running result is not the most ideal,under the subconscious state of increase any of the two,the the running result can be improved but not obvious,under the subconscious state of increase both of the two,thethe running result can be improved significantly.Based of which this paper believes-the training teachers should pay attention to the development of the stride length and stride frequency in the training non professional people in track and maintain reasonable collocation between the stride frequency and stride length,and should pay attention to physical training and physical quality.
